The Sweetest Vintage

...finds, from the Fairfax Flea Market.

This ring is from the 70's and is quite possibly my favorite ring...ever. The way it pairs with my favorite Frida and Marilyn bracelet (pictured with the ring) makes my heart twitter pate all over the place.

This little beauty is from the 50's and will most likely never leave my wrist. That adorable (and HEAVY) toggle hanging on the side, is for...PERFUME! Once again, made for me.
This little charmer is actually not vintage, but it looks vintage, so she goes home with me. This neckalce is actually REALLY long, making a sweet yet prominent statement. Plus, it has 2 of my favorite things on one little accessory...French and Love.

There are many things I love about the area I live in. The fact that I pretty much walk everywhere is high on that list, including being able to walk next door to the fabulous Fairfax Flea Market. I always find little gems, which is why I try not to go too often, for fear of possibly going broke every Sunday. Yesterday though, I went alone (no baby, husband or friend to get annoyed with my egregious lingering at all the tables) and came home with some fabulous finds...which I see my self wearing everyday. This Saturday, we are heading to Ashland Oregon for our annual 4th of July family trip and I think these purchases couldn't have come at a better time. Shakespeare plays under the starlit sky, long flowing skirts, hippie perfume and vintage jewels...anyone else picturing this? Well I sure am and it's PURE MAGIC.

Hope you all have a very happy and magical Monday!
